Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys finding opportunities, talking to decision-makers, and turning hiring needs into real deals 

What you’ll do

• Take qualified leads from our lead generation team and run discovery calls with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
• Own and create lead generation channels. The only limit is your imagination.
• Understand client needs and match them with our developers or a dedicated team (outstaff / outsource)
• Prepare proposals and commercial offers, coordinating estimates with our tech leads
• Negotiate rates and terms, and close deals
• Create results and impact company’s development roadmap
• Manage client relationships after the start: regular check-ins, extensions, new roles and projects 
  
  You’ll be a good fit if you have
• Ability to work from the office in Lviv (hybrid format)
• Understanding of the IT service model: rates, team composition, T&M vs fixed price, SDLC
• Ability to write clear, convincing messages in English
• Confident communication (B1+ English)
• Proactive mindset and ownership 
  
  Will be a plus:
• Experience in IT sales (outsource/outstaff or similar)
• Experience working with job platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset
