Your Responsibilities

• Follow up on open requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests and unexpected situations.
• Provide customer support as part of a 24/7 operation.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience Is a Plus, Not a Requirement

Experience in customer support, logistics, or transportation will be an advantage, but it is not required.
