Transport Logistics Manager (USA)

Fleet Assets and Lease Specialist is managing day-to-day trailer lease administration, customer communications with owner-operators, asset tracking, and rental billing workflows. This role balances front-line customer service with meticulous record-keeping across fleet management software, GPS systems, and financial tracking sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owner-operators
• Explain trailer lease agreement terms, rates, policies, and operational requirements clearly
• Follow up with owner-operators regarding pending signatures, documentation, and fleet questions
• Prepare, send, and track trailer lease agreements
• Open and configure new trailer rentals within fleet software
• Generate weekly rental invoices for owner-operators and ensure driver profiles remain up to date
• Coordinate end-of-lease trailer returns, non-payment repossessions

Requirements:

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Meet), Microsoft Excel
• Verbal de-escalation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• High attention to detail in document compliance, contract drafting, and invoice generation
